My Serpentine belt in my 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager squeals everytime I press the accelerator. I have the 3.3 L Engine. I have changed the belt, changed the idler pulley for the tensioner, and I have used belt dressing to no avail. I also have replaced the compressor. Can Anyone help me? I am tired of being the scream machine.
First thing you need to do is get a new belt that belt dressing just destroyed that belt that stuff is no good then get a new belt tensioner clean all the pullys with some brake clean then install the belt tensioner and belt if its still sqealing there maybe a pully making the noise to check that when you have the belt off spin them by hand and listen to them and feel for any play in the bearings
A good practice is to change or replace the spring load tensioner while replacing the belt. also check if there is no grease or oil applied accidentally on the serpentine belt
