TMC? Do you mean TCM?

Depends is it cold weather leaving them for a few days kills the battery duff battery will not hold charge most garages do free battery tests as they want you to buy from them or faulty earth faulty charging unit or you have a wiring short takibg power from battery there could be many reasons but i would go with first three first

this may be a function you have to pay for seperately & the service dept. may not know

sounds like the rear core plug has corroded through and it will require the gearbox out to fix it ,this is caused by no antifreeze all year around ,you must have antifreeze in system all year round as its a anticorrosion inhibitor

check adjustment of brake light switch at pedal.

sound like a dead cell in your battery or a poor connection or a bad alternator if those are not the answers I suggest a good auto electric shop they will have more experience at diagnosing it then a garage.They may even have knowledge of the problem with your particular vehicle good luck
