I looked up the RXT brake switch and it appears under the dash at the brake pedal ... about $13 to $20...

I personally always check out contrasting parts prices at
rockauto.com... but a brake light IS A SAFETY DEVICE you might not want to wait to save a few $$$.

i dont know of any domestic cars that dont have rebuildable/replaceable clutches on the compressor. best way to find out is to call a parts store and see if you can get the part.

If the engine starts, but wont shift out of park, you should check that your brake lights are working. The interlock solenoid is powered by the brake light switch, if the fuse is blown or if the brake light switch is bad, the car wont shift out of park...I hope this helps.

A possibly is the multifunction switch if not the brake light switch/circuit

check and top off the brake fluid, its low.

Wiring issue. There is no manual for this car that you can buy, but you can goto the local library and get the factory manual for free.

I dont know if this helps any but I found a website that lists dodge codes. Unfortunatley all it says is "MAP/MAF-Throttle position correlation" Sorry I don't have more to offer. Good luck
