Doesn't it work in any speed ? Could have Blower Motor Control Processor if yours has automatic HVAC .
Or if manual it has blower motor resistor . Both are located under passenger side dash . Remove insulator panel under the dash if it has one !

03 rendezvous heater fan runs with key off

It sounds like you may have a malfunctioning component in your heating system that is causing the fan to continue running even when the car is turned off. Pulling fuse 47, which controls the climate control blower and ignition 3 relay, stopped the fan from running but may have also caused other issues in the system. Replacing the fuse may not fix the problem, it may be necessary to have a mechanic diagnose and repair the specific component causing the issue.

Front Blower does not work on 2008 town and country.

At the moment, I think something wrong with "totally integrated power module", some people call this the bcm. There is no relay or fuse for front blower motor, there is a relay for rear blower. The dark blue wire is voltage from bcm or if you wish totally integrated power module. You could check the wire circuit/dark blue wire. With hvac turned on, check for voltage at the blower module and bcm, you could also check continuity, no voltage on the system.

Cooling fan keeps running after turning the car off.

You can unplug the fan so it doesnt run the battery dead. Typically what happens with these vehicles is that a failing radiator fan burns out the solid state fan relay, this can also cause the relay to short and supply continuous voltage to the fan assembly. The relay is located below the passenger headlamp but you will need to remove the front bumper to access it.

My 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo has suddenly started giving me a "check gauges" light when idiling. I noticed that my oil pressure was low, but as soon as I stepped on the gas it would go back...

Sounds like your fan relay is stuck. Look in the engine area for your fuse box, there will be a list for the relays inside. Try pulling the one for the fan. Fans are powered all the time not just ignition on
