How can I fix my exhaust leak without welding I have a 93 bmw 740I

if you don`t want to weld it then you can try exhaust tape that you wrap around the hole and get the exhaust hot and it will harden. don`t know why you don`t want to weld it. or you can replace the exhaust component that is bad.

I just change the battery but I don't have the code radio for my BMW 323is

Your security code is in the BMW owners manual.
If you do not have the manual then you need to go to the BMW service centre to get this code.

When i turn my air conditioning on no air comes out???

I presume the fan does not run on vent or heat either? The most likely cause of no moving air is a failed resistor that controls the fan speed. This was a common problem on this model, and on the previous generation of 3-series BMW..
The original resistor was made by Behr for BMW, so you might be tempted to replace it with an alternate brand part, since this one failed, but Behr claims that they have improved the design of this part since the car was originally built. The resistor should cost you about $65 on line or $120 at the dealer. I have not installed one on an e46 so I don't know exactly where it is or how much work it takes to get to it, but fan resistors generally are not too bad. Should cost around $100 to install if you pay someone else to do it.

The ac fan has stopped working in my 2002 x5. controls al light up but there is no heat or air. suggestions ? & how to i fix ?

Assuming that you have checked the fuse for the fan, the most common problem is the resistor that controls the fan speed. That has been problematic, and BMW has tried several designs for this resistor. Current design part costs about $55 on line. I don't know where it is mounted on this model, but it will be under the dash near the center somewhere.
