From what you say the engine must be turning over at a normal speed. You need three things to start: fuel, spark, and compression. Check for fuel by removing a plug after trying to start and smell it for gasoline. Test for spark by leaving the plug removed and reattaching the spark plug wire and pressing its ground electrode to a metal ground. Insulate your contact with the plug and then have an assistant crank the engine while you look for a spark at the plug.

YAMAHA OLF CART GASOLINE OPERATED CHARGED BATTERY WHENi TURN KEY ON AND TRY TO GO IT WONT MOVE AND A SLIGHT WHINE

Check the starter solenoid, but sounds like the starter is bad. If it is draining the battery when you try to start it, then it is the starter. Check for a bad ground first though. The starte requires a great deal of amperage and a weak ground could be the problem.

1995 dodge intrepid wont start. Battery is fully charge but no power to anything. Car wont start

The alternator would not come into play unless the battery was dead.
Could be corrosion inside one of the battery cables, or a blow maxi fuse for the fuse box. Or a bad ground connection.
You would need to take a meter or test light and check for power at the starter post, and the major fuses.

PCM fuse keeps blowing

It's possible you ran the battery down, trying to start? Have to make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. If battery is down, have to use a charger and get it charged, we can't test anything if battery is down.
I did look at power distribution wiring diagram for your vehicle, I found pcmB fuse--20 amp. Two fuse legs goes to pcm, the other goes to load side of fuel pump relay. If I had to guess, I'd say the fuel pump has a problem. If the wiring before the fuel pump relay or the pcm was the problem, then the fuse would blow as soon as soon as you plug it in. The fuse circuit shows to be hot all the time. Just my opinion. There might be other issues, but, I can't track it from where I am.

My toyota sienna battery is fine but the starter wont start can it be the fuse?

Hello there and welcome to fixya
There could be a coule of reasons why this is happening First is a fuse like you have said it could be a fuse under the dash in the fuse panel OR IT COULD BE A MAXI FUSE THAT IS UNDER THE HOOD THAT CONTROLS THE STARTING SYSTEM.
now the other possiablity is that you have a short in a wire that goes to the starter or a wire that is loose so i would backtrack your steps and check all wires first and ensure they are al tight then remove tha cables to the battery and clean them and reinstall them then try it then if nothing go to the starter fuses and look at them also
I have had luck my manually turning the motor over about 1/2 of a turn buy either pulling on the belt to rotate the engine or getting a socket and a socket ratchet and placing it on the pulley bolt and turning it this way
For some reasson it seems to work so try it out ok
Hope this helps
Best regards MIke
