Not really. I am not aware of that model being sold without ac. So there would not be a belt and idler pulley used in place of the compressor. The easiest way to fix it is to get a used compressor and put it on. You don't have to charge the ac for the pulley to work.
Replace the belt with the correct type that you can get from the Ford dealership.
The belt must be put in by releasing the idler pulley , get help to hold the belt tight while you use a good wrench to tighten.
use a 15mm wrench on the face of the pulley and a 15mm socket with a
swivel behind the bracket holding the pulley. You will be very close to
the coolant temp sensor so be careful. loosen the bolt and the belt
will fall off
to replace the loosened belt to normal position do the following......
Route the belt as it was and tighten in the reverse of what you
did to remove it. A new belt may require the tension er to be slackened
off even more to get it on. Belt routing diagram should be on the
radiator.

Two places of information. One is under the hood, usually form on the engine. A small white diagram that will show the proper routing for the serptine belt.
Second. Purchase a auto repair manuel at the parts store and it will show the routing the serpetine belt. If you do not have the correct routing you will never get the belt on.
