It starts then revs up like im pushin gas and im not then it bogs down like its gonna cut off then revs up again while sitting still
A few different thing's could cause that , IAC - idle air control valve , vacuum leak , engine electronics , (sensor's) Would need to do testing to say for sure ! Know how to do basic engine testing ? Your best bet would be to take it to a qualified repair shop that has the diagnostic tools to find an fix this problem ! Wouldn't trust part's store's , they just want to sell you parts !
Try this, disconnect IAC, and start. if starts and stays even do not purchase new IAC because the real problem could be a faulty program in the brain that controls the IAC. you can manually set IAC and drive like this ok, but continue to search out true cause. I left mine like this til traded the car few years later. the brain was $$$$$ and did not want to spend.
