Although you probably have found the problem by now (~ month ago) -Some factory alarms can interrupt the ignition path if tripped and not reset within a certain time. It kind of sounds like yours is permanently interrupted.
It might be of use to someone else if you reply with any solution you found so others can benefit from your education on the problem.

did it work before? why did you replace these items?did you evacuate and recharge it with the proper procedure and amount of 134a. is the pressure switch on the drier OK, it should have power to it. the switches are common to go bad. if you take the plug at the switch and connect the terminals (paper clip) the compressor should come on.

Go to your local parts store. Ask them for a AC bypass pully. You will remove your AC pump and replace it with the pully and bracket. hope this helps.
