I think I saw the first and only directions to removing a starter in a Tundra that was not a V8, I understand it is a fairly straight forward procedure on a 2006 4.0 V6 tundra, but I can not remove the upper bolt, it is so tight and there is almost no room to get at the bolt. So my question is what am I doing wrong? Did I forget to remove something to gain enough access? I removed nothing except the two cables and one push wire. Does the exhaust manifold have to be removed, my luck I'd break it. All advice appreciated. THX.
