Please help I've removed all the screws and clips from my rear door card of an Astra 2004 with electric Windows but the card is stuck at the weather strip at top any help would be great TIA

By "normal lights" I assume you mean "low-beam headlamps"? If this is true, then you may either have burned out headlamp bulbs or a faulty low-beam headlamp relay or relay circuit.

There are two studs on the backside of the outer handle, where it mounts on the door. They stick through holes in the door, and a nut on the inside holds it fast to the door.
First, or next, you have to release the plastic retainer clips on the rod(s) to the handle. Push the retainer clip off and away from the rod, and the rod should come out of the hole in the handle . Then you can remove the handle from the door.

Any radiator I ever flushed had a valve near the bottom of the radiator that stuck out. I am concerned about noise though-sure your water pump is not going out?
