Taken cloth front seats out of rav4 to replace with leather. the cloth seats had side airbag and seat belt pretensioners leather has neither srs warning light on how can i get around this problem

Heating and the cooling both don't work ? Just one seat or all seats ?
Your best bet have it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes to start .

DISCONNECT driver safety belt buckle pretensioner electrical connector or passenger safety belt buckle pretensioner electrical connector of the affected seat and CONNECT restraint system diagnostic tool 418-F395 to the safety belt buckle pretensioner harness connector. CONNECT the battery ground cable. CHECK circuit 1550 (WH/OG) for a short to ground. REPAIR as needed. If okay, INSTALL a new climate controlled seat switch. Once the repair is complete, DISCONNECT the restraint system diagnostic tool from the safety belt buckle pretensioner harness connector and CONNECT the safety belt buckle pretensioner connector of the affected seat. REPOWER the SRS. REFER to Section 501-20B . U2362 UBP Invalid Data Node ID CCSM NOTE: DTC U2362 indicates a network concern, the CCSM is not the source of the fault.
CLEAR the DTC. If the DTC does not clear, REFER Section 418-01 .

It is always better to start with retrieving the SRS error codes and strictly following the instructions and cautions provided by the manufacturer before you could repair the air bag issues.
Or pull up the SRS error codes and post them here so that we can guide you how to do it.
The error codes can be retrieved manually and as well as with the help of a diagnostic computer.

Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
1. Wait at least 90 seconds after the ignition switch is
turned off and the negative (-) terminal cable is
disconnected from the battery before starting the
operation.
(The SRS is equipped with a back-up power source, so
if work is started within 90 seconds of disconnecting
the negative (-) terminal cable of the battery, the SRS
may be deployed).
2. Do not directly expose the steering pad, front
passenger airbag assembly, center airbag sensor
assembly, front airbag sensor, front seat inner belt
assembly, seat position sensor, occupant
classification ECU, front seat side airbag assembly,
side airbag sensor, curtain shield airbag assembly,
rear airbag sensor or front seat outer belt assembly to
hot air or flames.

2005 Towncar SRS Code 33 (3 flash + 3 flash, repeat this set for twice. then Beep 5 times pause x 5 = 25 beeps every 30min).

This means you have problem with left (Driver) side pretentioner (Seat belt retract system).
It doesn't mean physical belt or retract mechanism.It is just bomb wiring which is part of airbag system.
When airbag deploy, passenger must stay tight in seat otherwise body lean to front then slam back to seat by airbag.
if belt is loose or delay to lock, passenger's body rocks back and forth.So, system use small bomb (Fire power) to lock and retract seat belt when airbag deploy.There is small bomb and igniter in part of Seat belt retractor.
Code 33 is warning for this part on 2005 Towncar.(older model is different meaning in Ford/Lincoln, it's possibly passenger side airbag system for earlier model)
Before you work for any part of Airbag system and touch any "Yellow connector", * *Disconnect battery (negative side is good enough) and wait at least 5 min to clear all power in system**.(Airbag store back up power for few minutes to be able to deploy even in case if power disconnected)
by the way, you should move your driver seat most forwarded position before you disconnect battery to make it easy to work with seat belt.
locate driver side seat belt retractor (in center pillar between front and rear door, you may have to fight with weather strip)

Locate Yellow connector on bottom of Seat belt retractor (it's called "Pretensioner")it is located on very bottom of rear side of retractor.
only one yellow connector. (make sure your battery is disconnected)
Check its physical connection or looseness.if connection looks fine, you may have to replace whole seat belt ($180-$200 in Lincoln dealer)
You can check if pretensionor is good or bad by regular tester, but unless you know how, I won't tell (because I don't wan't you to blow out pretentionor).

there is a pretensioner in the seat belt buckles that go off when the air bags go off

If the airbag light is on something in the system is broken. Go to AutoZone or similar and have them scan the airbag system for codes. My guess would be a faulty seat sensor or a faulty seat belt sensor

dont think you can it should reset itself when you turn ignition off and on again but its a merc so no doubt its done like this so its a dealer only job ,hope you have lots of wedge to pay the dealer

first, you need to read the Lamp Fault Code, LFC from the flashing light. Here's how:

Lamp Fault Codes
When the restraints control module (RCM) detects a system fault, it will cause the air bag indicator to flash a coded sequence: a lamp fault code (LFC). The code is two digits. The first digit is flashed with a 0.5 second interval between pulses. There is a 2 second pause before the second digit is flashed, which also has a 0.5 second interval between pulses. There is a 5 second pause between each display of an LFC.
Each LFC is flashed five times after which the air bag indictor will remain lit for the remainder of the key-on cycle. If there are multiple LFCs, each LFC will flash in order of priority.

The fault could be in the air bag circuits, the canopy circuits, the pretensioner circuit on the seat belts, etc.

Safety belt use is necessary to obtain the best occupant protection and to receive the full advantage of the SRS.
This vehicle line contains dual stage deployment (advanced restraint system) driver and front passenger air bag modules. These vehicles can also be equipped with optional safety canopies that deploy from the A-pillar to the C-pillar upon a side impact or if a rollover condition is detected. look to see if you can adjust your seat belt pretensioner to better suit your height. look at the top of your seat belt- ( driver's side up and to the left of your left shoulder ) and see that you can very easily slide up or down your seat belt pretensioner. you are actually supposed to do this and even redo it if you ever readjustt your seat up or down or forward or backwards. believe it or not, your safety airbag light will come on automatically until you adjust your seat belt pretenioner in a way that the sensors read your seat belt to be safely set. naturally, if someone else drives the car he or she might have to readjust the seat belt pretensioner for the sensors to read them as being safely put. do this and the airbag warning light should go out.
