SOURCE: horn relay 95 Buick century

It is located in the convenience center to the left of the steering column.

SOURCE: flasher out on buick and cannot find location to replace it

Open access panel directly under steering column, pull off flasher unit (metallic cylinder) take to auto parts store (no more than 10 bucks) , put on new one, drive safe.

Left hand side of dash behind instrument cluster with your speedo, instrument cluster needs to come out to replace it.

The blinkers work through a flasher relay. This might have failed. Try turning on the hazard flashers to see if they blink. If they don't flash it is probably the relay at fault. Please note some Buick models use separate relays for the blinkers and the hazard lights. If the hazards work and the blinkers don't you've got a 2 relay version. check to make sure there is a relay for the hazard lights as normally the switch just connects the 4 flashers and works thought the indicator flasher unit.

Hi there:On 1995 Buick Century 3.1L SFI OHV 6cyl...

- Hazard flasher: is located front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in top of convenience panel

- Turn signal: is located front seating area, driver side, under dash, behind instrument panel, mounted on passenger side of steering column

My blinkers sometimes dont work? looked at the fuse and it seemed okay but i replaced it anyway..seemed to work fine for a couple months now its doing it again...could it be an electrical problem or turn...

Try replacing the Flasher Relay. It has 2 relays, one for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. The one for the turn signals is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, behind instrument panel, mounted on passenger side of steering column.
The hazard flasher is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in top of convenience panel.
Replace the Turn signal flasher.
