My Kia 2.7 workhorse doesn't start burning blue smoke diesel stalling like it is blocked no power in Bakkie... Changed diesel pump done service cleaned tank new glow plugs....

I think you should repost with more details such as year and mileage and some punctuation would be good. Are you complaining about a Kia Workhorse or about a Nissan Bakkie?

Doesn't start or do you mean it is difficult to start? All the time or only when it is cold?
Do you mean you changed the high pressure diesel pump?
Why did you do that? Did you have the injectors serviced also?

You fitted new glow plugs but did you check they have preheat and post heat power to them?

Blue smoke is burning engine oil. That could be valve stem oil seals or could be cylinder bore wear, pistons and piston rings and might be the cause of poor starting.
Low compression is a cause of poor or none starting as is a slow cranking speed.
