Tip
Tighten the nuts in sequence.
Tighten

Disconnect the blower motor resistor electrical connector.

I have a 2002 Grand Caravan and it is located behind the glovebox. It may be in the same place.

Rule of thumb...unless you get a better answer: look for a couple of wires on a small plate that is in the airflow of the fan on the heater/ac unit. The resistor pack is always air cooled by the fan.

HEY,
IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, IT IS ON THE PASSENGER FIRE WALL(AC BLOWER BOX). YOU WILL HAVE TO SQUEEZE YOUR HAND BETWEEN THE FENDER AND THE BOX. HARD TO GET TO WITH BIG HANDS. SHOULD HAVE TWO SCREWS HOLDING IT IN.

in my 2004 grand caravan it's behind the glove box and left of the blower motor. disconnect the wires first then remove the 2 screws to pull out the resistor unit. First make sure you have removed the negative of your batterie. I had the same pm that prevented the blower motor to operate in any speed. I hope this will help
