If all other functions of the seat are working then you're more than likely either looking at a bad switch, wiring to it or the motor is bad, if the tilt uses the same motor as the up and down or back and forth, then it's probably the switch.

It could be a faulty switch it won't be a blown fuse or wiring issue (its too protected). Most likely it is a faulty tilt motor in the underside of the seat frame. There are 3 seperate motors, and I have replaced all three at different times.

SOURCE: driver power seat adjustment and steering tilt not

I had the same problem, the c and s class seem to have the issue with the power seat and steering wheel adjustments. On my 04 it was two bare wires under the drivers seat that were touching and blowing the fuse (fyi)

Try to go to a near by autoparts store and have them test your fuses, it's free. They can also do a lot more. Good luck

Where is the battery located in a 2011 Acadia?

The Acadia's battery is beneath the floor behind the front passenger seat.
Slide that seat all the way forward, then open the rear passenger door. If you've got a floor mat directly behind the front seats, it will have to be moved aside. There is a panel on the floor with one screw holding it closed. Remove this panel to access the battery compartment.
