SOURCE: I want to install a Tunesport module in my 2000 Acura 3.2 TL. Which wires do I connect to?

That is not a chip (it is a 50 cent resistor) and it will void your warranty and likely damage the engine as well.

SOURCE: how do i hook up the tunesport performance

Do yourself a favour and send the unit back and get a refund.

These devices are a con and there is no testing done to verify the outrageous claims these people make. The manufacturer/distributor of this product admit that their performance claims are not based on their own tests and they could not because the product is sold for many 100s of different vehicles. If in doubt then read the disclaimer on their own web site ...............

"Disclaimer
Our claims of gains of fuel economy and power and performance found throughout this website are based on direct customer feedback. The advertising found throughout is based on information provided by our customers who have purchased our product and reported back the gains. Actual results may vary.
If your vehicle has a knock or any other performance issues, they should be corrected before installation as our module cannot and will not correct these problems. This module is not intended for use on vehicles equipped with nitrous oxide or NOS. Use of this aftermarket product is at your own risk. By using this product you agree to release us, PerformanceChipsNow.com, its owners, employees and affiliates from all liability and/or damages you incur by using this product, including, but not limited to: damage, traffic violations, warranty issues and theft."
===================

These cheap devices do nothing other than mess with the carefully set programs the manufacturers have loaded into the engine control units. They are so concerned that you may potentially do damage to your vehicles engine that they have to get you to agree to release them from any liability. Fills you with confidence does it?

If you want your vehicle to run optimally then do some basic maintenance like changing your clogged up air filter with a new OE quality unit, change spark plugs, replacing the PCV valve where fitted, cleaning the mass air flow sensor etc etc.

Don't be conned by people trying to sell you stuff like this that at best will do nothing and at worst may cause damage to your engine. Since you cannot verify any of the published testimonials you have no idea if all of them have in fact been written by the manufacturer and distributor for advertising purposes and of course you will not see any of the complaints.

How do I hook up my performance chip on my honda odyssey

Before installing a performance chip on your Honda Odyssey, it is important to understand the risks and potential consequences. Some chips may not be compatible with your vehicle, and installing a chip can potentially damage your engine or void your warranty. If you still decide to install a performance chip, here are some general steps:
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent any electrical surges or other issues.
  2. Locate the ECU (engine control unit) in your Honda Odyssey. This is typically found under the dashboard or near the engine compartment.
  3. Remove the ECU cover to access the wiring harness. Be careful not to damage any of the wiring or connectors.
  4. Locate the wires that correspond to the performance chip. These will typically be labeled in the chip's installation instructions or manual.
  5. Connect the chip to the appropriate wires in the wiring harness. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully and make sure all connections are secure.
  6. Reinstall the ECU cover and reconnect the negative battery cable.
  7. Test the chip to make sure it is working properly. Some chips may require additional adjustments or programming to function correctly.
It is important to note that installing a performance chip can be complex and may require professional installation or assistance. Be sure to research the specific chip you plan to install and consult with a mechanic or automotive expert if you have any questions or concerns.

I've a 2002 chevy silveraldo,4.3,it has the integrated MAF/IAT sensor. what color are the wires that i should hook my Tunesport Performance chip to?

That product won't do a thing

You don't cut into the manufactures expertise &
start changing things, unless your building a race car

You have an 11 year old vehicle
I ask- is it even conceivible to increase mileage,
horse power etc,etc if it was brand new & on a street
driven vehicle? No

Every week we get several questions like yours &
not one product has instructions, that's odd isn't it

Who are you asking these questions to & how would
any but a handful of old time car guys even know what
your referring to?

I am not sure of either the best location or the wire colors to install a JawDropper performance chip on a 1998 4-cylinder Jeep Wrangler TJ.

You got suckered; the JawDropper performance chip is nothing but a resistor in a fancy box. Google "Jawdropper performance chip" and read the many forum posts about it..Open the box and you'll find things that cost 10 cents at radioshack, put into a box with a sticker, priced at 20-40 bucks. Just toss it out.
