That isn't the way you do it. You replace the AC pump with a Bypass pulley, and then the belt and the routing reman the same.

I want to know why my lifters make a noise i have a ford bantam rocam engine 1300

They may need adjusting. It appears to have NON-Hydraulic lifters according to this.

How long is a ford bantam rocam 1.3 fan belt,2010 model?

Go to a parts warehouse , find the correct belt for the make and model using their fan belt book , put it on their measuring stick and read off the length,
