Heated seats quit working 2005 audi a4 1.8T .....what should i look for 1st? is there a common problem or fuze to look for somewhere?

Yes. Look for the fuse. Open driver door all the way. It is next to the steering wheel, between the door and dash. Remove cover, and there should be a card that tells you which one is the seat heater.

Air bag light on my 1999 audi a4 quattro 2.8l. Any suggestions?

Most likely the driver's seat bag. When the seat is moved too far (or someone flops down into it too hard) it can jar the connector under the seat and cause it to open momentarily. Look under the front of the seat - it's the yellow connector. I ziptied mine, then turned the light off (you need vagcom to do this), and haven't had a problem since.
