You need to contact a BMW zone office and ask to speak to and meet area Zone rep. That's unacceptable, I'm surprised that the dealer let you have the car back after 3rd replacement. I used to work for BMW and it's either a MAJOR defect in parts and design or you or someone else who drives your car doesn't drive a standard transmission car properly. Ask BMW if there are any "open campaigns" on your car... this should get a serious reply

Tire signal light

Hello.

3 Series is one of the best performance cars in its price range.

BMW 3 Series is a drivers car: it was designed to make the driver enjoy driving.
For example the weight distribution of a BMW 3 series is 50% front 50% back which coupled with a rear wheel drive makes this car a blast to drive around corners.

The downside to being a performance/drivers car is that the complex suspension of the BMW requires frequent maintinance, and neglecting it may lead to a sub par performance of the car.

Some more general info about the BMW 3 series can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_3_Series
