If the battery is good then you are looking at a fuse/fuse panel problem for starters. The best way is to get a meter and verify you have power at the boar for the various accessories first. Then the next step possible point is your ignition itself but I would check all other things first.

SOURCE: 1999 ford expedition wont turn over

this sounds easy
now i under stand that your windows and lights are working but let me tell you somethig speciel

if you have a motor in an remote control car it is not running then you go and check it in a torch and it works this is why

a starter motor on a car uses a lot of power and is very high draw (takes alot from the battery)
a light or a power window motor uses less so it can provide the power needed where the starter motor needs more and it can not provide

hope you get what i mean

if i put a motor out of a corsa (1.4, 4 cylinder verry small motor) and put is in a bus it wont move it cause it is too hard
then if i put it in a go cart it will fly
tyr a new battery or see if you can borrow a friends to test it if it starts with a fully charges battery then all you need is a battery if not let me know more and i will do some home work for you

SOURCE: red battery Icon came on

the red battery symbol indicates a problem in the charging
system , usually an alternator gone bad or possibily
a blown fuse or associated wiring problem.
Advance auto can check it for free.

Battery is good but no power period on a 1999 ford expedition no lights no nothing

go to www.bbbind.com/ free wiring diagrams . Check main B+ cable, fusible links . Do you know how to do basic electrical testing with a volt meter ? Videos on you tube an how to read wiring diagrams .
At bbbind enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine size . Under system click electrical distribution then under subsystem click power distribution . Check main battery + feed . see where voltage is an isn't .

I have 1999 ford expedition and the alternator is overcharging and all lights are blinking

Have the battery tested and if its good check fuses. If its not that its a wiring issue.

1999 ford expedition wont start after battery been out for 2 months

Recharge the battery and retry.

Turn on the vehicle headlights. If they dim considerably when cranking, then your battery requires replacement.

I have a 1999 ford expedition it would not start but once i put the jumper cables on it or a battery charger on it over night it starts.once you drive it awhile it will be hard to star as if its starving...

It's the battery. Hence why it starts when you charge or jump it. Snag a new battery and don't forget to bring your old one to avoid a core charge.

1999 ford expedition. It will not start. Battery is good, no lights will turn on and nothing happens when I turn the key. No dash board lights its like its completely dead.

How do you know battery is good, have you checked the voltage....what voltage did you get.......secondly, have you checked the fuses in the engine compatrment, this does sound like it might be one of the major fuses.....like 120A one or something like that !!!
