Clean both the bases and use silicone to stick the glass to the base and tape it for few hours and you will be fine.

P0325 knock sensor 1 circuit malfunction bank 1 or 1 sensor, the knock sensor should be check/replaced. You can buy Haynes Repair Manuals at Pepboys that will walk you throught the process step by step.
P0303 is a cylinder misfire in cylinder 3 which may mean it could either be the spark plug, coil or the injector.

you need to raise your window 1st take out nuts holding window regulator manually raise the glass and hold the glass by using tape motor and reail or regulator they come in one piece i beleive/make sure you disconnect the power going to the motor before you take it out

if this is your first have someone with you in is a job and must be done correct way or you will have big proplems

Most likely your window regulator cable broke. That is why the glass can not be controlled. You will need to remove it and inspect it to verify.

SECTION 501-09: Rear View Mirrors 2001 Villager Workshop Manual REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Mirror —Exterior Rear View Removal

1. Remove the front door trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05 .

1. Remove the upper speaker.
   1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
   1. Remove the bolts.
   1. Remove the speaker.

1. Position the watershield aside.

1. Remove the exterior rear view mirror access panel.

1. Disconnect the exterior rear view mirror electrical connectors.
   • Release the wiring harness locator.

1. Remove the exterior rear view mirror.
   • Remove the bolts.
   • Feed the wiring harness through the door opening.

They should be the Same Motors.

take your door panel off slowly and unplug your mirror from inside the door
