Hi, I will double check the connector in back of dash board to assure is properly inserted also perform visual inspection and connector, check fuse box 1st to see if is any fuse for odometer thats also could be you problem i will star with fuse box , i know some times it may required to installed or programmed with scanner tool in order to ecm to recognize it ,. good morning Miranda,bad news means you have a direct short in that circuit.what does that fuse control should tell you in the owners book or on the fuse panel cover.if it is a cigarette lighter fuse could be a simple fix, but it could be something way more like shorted wire.good luck, mike
CHECK THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER LIGHTS FUSE.SHOULD BE 10 AMP FUSE.IF FUSE GOOD CLUSTER COULD BE FAULTY.YOU NEED A HAYNES REPAIR MANUAL.IT WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER.
check the fuses the fuse for this can be found in your owners manual. if the fuse is good and the lite for the rear defrost lites up the rear heater strips on your rear window may be bad the only repair for that would be having the rear window replaced
Check the fuse in the engine compartment or the fuse inside your vehicle. Try replacing the fuse also. Sometimes a new fuse will fix your problem even if the fuse that is in place looks good.
CHECK TURN SIGNAL FUSE IN THE FUSE BOX LOWER LEFT SIDE OF THE INSTRUMENT PANEL.IF FUSE OKAY PROBLEM COULD BE THE FLASHER IN THE FUSE BOX ITS A LARGE ROUND METAL TIN LOOKING FUSE.YOU SEE IT IN THE INTERIOR FUSE BOX.IF FLASHER GOOD.TURN SIGNAL SWITCH COULD BE FAULTY.SHAKE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH WIRES CHECK FOR SHORTS.
