My windows won't work unless you turn the signal on to the wright and when I do that they go up and down with the blink of the click 0f the turn signal

Look Behind the triangle panel on the left side of the bike. Next to the battery. FUSES

to fix the clicking noise, replace the hazard switch.

Change the relay or tap it hard first , there are relays .

Check Turn signal flasher. Known high failure rate.

our relay is going out.

replace flasher fuse and or check to see if middle brake light is blown

Sounds like a ground problem . Do you know anything about automotive electrical circuit's ? Do you know what a wiring diagram is ,how to read one , use a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? Reading factory service repair info. on how these systems work would be a good idea also . But the main thing would be to look at wiring diagrams to see if these thing's share a power or ground supply . You look at wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter the vehicle info year , make , model an engine size . Under system click on body & accessories ,then under subsystem click on instrumentation . Click the search button then the blue link.Scroll down through the diagrams an note all grounds , wright them down . Find the diagrams for all the affected systems an wright down ground #'s . it is inside, under dash, on left side is a plastic sound protector, mine had 3 screws holding it up, drop this down and straight in you will see a 1" round thing - this is the flasher, pull it out and replace with new one (there are two flat prongs that plug in). It appears this is a well guarded secret!

go to the next block and then make 3 rights and proceed down your intended street with no violations.

I just got a 2001 beetle and i had the same problem I changed out the emergency flasher which also is the turn signal relay and it fixed i got the part online and it costed $29.00 plus shipping i did it myself the switch just slides out it was a little hard getting it to plug back in but I got it in about 5 min of messing with it
