Van will start but shutoff
It is in the underhood fuse and relay center.

I doubt the regulator is bad, the fuel pressure regulator is after the injectors in the return stream to the tank, more likely it is the fuel pump.

It's not the fuel shut off. It wouldn't run at all. There's many things to check yet.

The regulator is in the fuel tank. You must drop the tank to get to the system It is part of the fuel pump/fuel pressure regulator/fuel level sending unit. If just changing the regulator which you can,make sure you install new o-rings, put a little clean gas on them to install. Cheaper than a new fuel pump.

1995 and before has a siphon port at the rear of the tank. 1996 and later has to be drained with the fuel pump, or by removing filler hose.
