A GM Chevy GEO tracker is Suzuki Vitara. not told by you he problem or where it he drive-train or brake system ???? please name a problem. no engine told. my guess v6. H25 , nor transmissions. 1.6 L L01 I4 (G16B Suzuki actual) 2.0 L J20A I4 130 hp 2.5 L H25A V6 155 hp the word Orifice is mostly told in the contexts of these subjects below. 1: engine head, orifice to limit cam gallery feed oil to cam. 2: AC air conditioning HVAC expansion valve ,as a spray orifice inside. 3: brake ABS modulators. 4: A/T automatic transmission has many. (vast) 5: fuel injectors are kind of modulated ORIFICE 6: crankshaft gallery feed orifices. surely more can be found, but no clue me the problem.
I have the full set of manuals and endless data on some like G16 engines. just ask, and all 3 + transmissions.
Their is always a decal under the hood that shows the correct routing .However you can always ask the dealer they will give you a print out or you can find it on line .
The vehicle has a belt tensioner its spring loaded you need to compress the spring then slide the belt over the pulley.
On most Chevy's on the front of the tensioner their will be a square hole a 3/8 in socket extention will fit into it put it on a socket wrench and push it toward the center of the engine this will allow you to slip the belt the tensioner pulley ..
AND FOR THE FIX IT TEAM TENSIONER IS THE CORRECT SPELLING OF TENSIONER LOOK IT UP

How-To Replace The Serpentine Belt On A Chevy Tracker ...2001 Chevy Tracker V6 2.5L Head Instal and Timing Chain Instal - Duration: ... XL 7 2.7L Air conditioning compressor removal and smaller belt installed - Duration:
This is caused by one of the things you already replaced , including the A/C compressor and power steering pump. Or it could be from a wrong size or over stretched belt.
Open the hood and locate the accessory belt routing diagram that is stamped to the top flat surface of the radiator shroud. Use the routing diagram to properly route the new belt around each accessory pulley. Look on the front of the engine between the alternator and the power steering pump and locate the automatic belt tensioner. Use the pulley that is attached to the end of the tensioner to loosen the tension from the belt. Position a breaker bar and a 14 mm socket onto the bolt head in the middle of the tensioner pulley. Turn the breaker bar clockwise to loosen the tension from the belt. Slide the belt off of the tensioner pulley and slowly release the breaker bar. Slide the belt out from around all of the engine accessory pulleys. Pull the belt around each of the fan blades and up out of the engine compartment. Slide the new belt around each of the fan blades and around each of the accessory pulleys as directed by the belt routing diagram. Turn the tensioner clockwise with the breaker bar and the 14 mm socket again. Slide the belt around the tensioner pulley and slowly release the breaker bar. Pull the breaker bar and socket off of the tensioner and out of the engine compartment. Crank the engine for ten to fifteen seconds to finish seating the ribs on the inside of the belt to the grooves of each accessory pulley. Turn the engine off.
GM use a particular item on one of the idlers
there will be a 1/2" square hole in the center of it
use a strong bar and lift the pulley up against a spring
install the new belt and when properly installed let the pulley back onto the belt
