I have had 2 02 2wd avys and one I ran 5500 series rancho shocks on front and Monroe Max air air shocks on the rear to give me a little bit more in the back end to be able to tow something with a heavier tongue weight. The second one which I just purchased has Bilstein shocks in the front with stocks in the rear. Poi my first avy was put to rest after I ended up having to have the dang 4L60e trans rebuilt for the third time. The 5.3 under the hood had just rolled over 392000 miles. Original engine no major overhauls. Wearable parts had been replaced but other than that. Same motor from the plant. Hence my 2nd avy purchase. Damn thing will still start right of first thing to this day. Hope that helps.
