If it does not have a hole on the roof put there by someone with a hole in their head, I would buy a new door gasket at the dealer. Most likely leaking at the top, and take a look at the door hinge pins also for snug fit all around. If it has a hole in the roof, then you are just going to have to buy some aquarium sealer and rub it around all the cracks and seals in the moon/sun roof assembly and learn to live with it.
