A bit more info would be helpful ie model etc the link below is where you will obtain a copy of the owners manual, but workshop manuals or specifications do not appear top be available on this website http://fleetwoodrv.com/partsandservice/
Usually these manufacturers base their build on either Chevrolet of Ford running gear, if you are correct that it is based on a Ford chassis then contacting the right people in Ford customer support with the engine & chassis number handy will reveal the size & type ("V" or "Y" block, Windsor or Cleveland etc) along with what other mainstream applications that engine type was used in (their cars and or trucks lines). This will give you what you need to go to the local library and borrow a suitable workshop manual that will have pictures of the EGR valve location on the intake manifold along with the servicing technique (given the vehicle age, take it out = chuck it out), if not you can buy an aftermarket or genuine Ford Manual
its the tube going from the egr valve to your exhaust it have carbon build up and you either have to replace it or get a metal coat hanger and clean it out.
