My buick rendexvous crank, but wont stared

Take it to a qualified repair shop, sounds like you have no idea how to diagnose . Can't teach you from here .

crank shaft piston regulator sensor ?????? No such thing . Crankshaft position sensor , yes

pcm bcm ignition staring diagram wiring ?????? First off what is staring ????? Do you mean STARTING system wiring diagram ??????? The PCM / BCM have nothing to do with the starting system on your vehicle. When you turn the key to the start position it sends B+ voltage through the transaxle range switch to the S terminal on the starter solenoid ,that's it . Use a test light ,voltmeter etc... With someone turning the key to start check for B+ voltage at the starter S terminal . Plus voltage drop test the heavy gage battery cable to the starter .

Sounds as thought the torque converter could be going out. Have a trans shop look at it before you start buying parts.

Crank position sensor or knock sensor may be faulty.

may have a air blockage in fuel line take one of the plugs out and add couple drops of gas try again.

Does it crank? Or there's no crank no start? If it cranks safely get under the vehicle and bang on the fuel tank while someone holds the key in the crank position with the vehicle in park. If it starts it is most likely the fuel pump.

replace the ignition module,under the coil pack.

Pass key is the security system which disables the car if it is stolen. You need the remote or a key with a chip to start the car. go to a dealer, prove ownership with registration and they will be able to help you out

The balancer and key needs to be replaced. It probably came loose and sheared the key. Check for damage to the crank key way too.
