The firing order tells the coil to send a spark at high compression at the cylinder needing to fire next and so on and so forth if you want specific firing order for a motor I need to know what engine and year you are dealing with
Left and right on a vehicle are always referenced as if you where sitting in the drivers seat. Right is always the passenger side, left is always the drivers side.
Hope this helps :)
Firing order is 123456
Looking at the motor............Coil packs will be to the rear, Starting from the left side it will be.
#1 will be cylinder 5&2
#2 will be cylinder 3&6
#3 will be cylinder 4&1
looking at motor it will be as following #1 # 3 #5
on fords the cylinders are numbered in a row unlike a cheverolet if it is a v 8 that is. right and left side of the motor is figured from as if you are sitting in the driver seat right side 1234 and left side5678 on a v8 of course as so far as your firing order would have to know the engine size to answer, so i would know if the rotor spins clockwise or counter clockwise, and what cylinder order they fire in.
Hi, The firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6 Cyl. # 1-3-5 is on passenger side # 1 is in front of motor and Cyl # 2-4-6 is on drivers side # 2 in front of motor.
