Robert, check your fuses and replace if bad as a first step. If fuses are good, then you will have to remove rear seat and back to access inside trunk release (located by driver side inner rear quarter, in trunk), if you have a manual it should show this. When and if you gain access to the latch, you will want to lubricate it really well in case it is just sticking, if you can not free up or you find actuator is not working replace the defective parts.
