Have a Ryobi-RLT-1000. Great trimmer but serious problem with the bump head. It seems to weld itself to the spool and can't get it off.

I don't know the model but a great many modern monocoque body designs derive weight-saving, strength and rigidity from all-welded panels including the wing, fender, mudguard.

Some are still bolted and some are fixed with a combination of bolts and welds.
Today there are a number of specialised drill bits that will neatly remove spot welds so the panel can be reused or special chisels designed to cut spot welds if the panel is not to be reused.

The feed bump located on the bottom of the unit is the portion of the head that you tap on the ground to feed more trimmer line as you are trimming.

I'd be checking the wires and run stop switch if wires and switch fine then look at changing the coil pack there is not a lot to stop it running

have the fault codes read . It is serious as the cpu is shutting down the engine to protect it. Look for a crank/cam position sensor fault .

The threads or the head off the bolt? none the less, try to find a way to cut the bolt but if the head is stripped you can weld a nut and ratchet it out (works for when the bolt itself snaps) maybe a combo off cutting off the end and putting a new nut and weld it to shaft to get it out

You might just try bumping up the fuel pressure to 12PSi.
you useing a double pumper you need at least that.
