1995 gmc pickup 1500. run good but when you shut it off hard to start. seems like its flooded. if you start it right away it starts ok but wait 5 or15 min it acts like its flooded
Have you had any issues with your oil level raising? You could have an injector sticking open slightly letting the residual fuel pressure that is in the line bleed fuel into the engine after shutting the engine off.

could be that the electronic throttle could be icing up. just remove the air cleaner and have someone cycle the key. the throttlebody will cycle prior to starting to do a self check. chrysler has a tsb out for this concern. tsb # 14-002-05
