The bulbs are fine if they work when the headlights are on. I would check and clean the ground/s.

Replace the brake bulb for that side. The brake bulbs have two filaments. Don't put the single ones. One is for when you press the brakes and the other is for when you run the lights at night it stays on all the time.

HI i HAVE A 1997 XFINITY I30 WHEN THE HEADLIGHTS ARE TURNED ON THE DRIVERS SIDE TURN SIGNAL AND BRAKE LIGHT DONT WORK EVERYTHING WORKS FINE UNTIL HEADLIGHTS ARE TURNED ON

I would check the ground circuit on the drivers side read brake/tail light assembly. Make sure that the contact points and clean and not worn down. Also make sure the contact point on the light is good.

With headlights off, tail lights and brake lights work. With headlights on, tail lights work. But only one brake light works (drivers side). Why doesn't passenger side brake light work?

Replace the right rear brake light bulb. It is possible that the filament has burnt out and has fallen across to rest on the brake light filament. This would cause the condition you are experiencing.

1994 dodge dakota my headlights and tail lights and brake lights don't work my abs and parking brake lights are on my dash lights don't work either I replaced the headlight switch and still no

These are all different circuits. The brake lights are on a 10amp fuse - the headlights are on a 50amp fuse - and the parking and dash lights are on a 20amp fuse.
Do you have power going into the headlight switch and the brake light switch ?

No turn signals, 1 driver brake light bad, ABS light on. 2002/2003 CVPI

Sounds like you have 'ground' issues. Apply the brakes using a broom stick or more apropriate tool so that the brake lights are activated. Then go to the brake light that is not bright enough. using a test-light with a sharp pointed probe, poke the ground wire close to the bulb (usually a black wire) make sure the test light is attached to a grounded bolt. if the brake light gets brighter with ground added, you need a new ground wire. Splice it in to the existing wire & attach it to a bolt. Lights should work better with proper ground. (each bulb has a positive post & neg. post, don't add ground to the side with power coming through it from Battery (+)(red light on test light) - probe wires FIRST with test light to find (+) POS. Hot wire, and leave that one alone.

Brake lights dont work w/ headlights on

there is a short in the system more than likely in the headlight switch itself causing the problem. not a hard fix just remove the covers from around the column and unbolt the headlight switch from the column and bolt in the new one and see if this fixes your problem also check and make sure you dont have a broken ground at the rear of the vehicle for the rear lights, should be bolted to the frame black wire, generally on driver side.
