Installed new lamps and replaced the junction block
Did you check voltage at brown wire, park lamps on. Do have park lamps at the front, left and right?
To check voltage use a test lite.
If your car uses a CAN-bus system, and it probably does, the electrical system operates in an entirely different manner. Operating a light switch merely tells a local black box you want the lights switched on. That black box then sends a digitised request along the information highway where another black box will receive and process the request and hopefully switch on the lights.
When strange things happen it is possible there is an electronic fault with one or more black boxes, the wiring or connectors or a software problem.
When the owner has done all he can, replacing the bulbs and suchlike, it is time to take the car to a specialist or dealer who has dedicated diagnostoc equipment loaded with bi-directional software.
