Is it a manual or automatic gear model? If automatic, are you sure it is engaging in gear? If you have a broken or lose shift cable, the gear handle is moving but not putting the car into gear. Try putting git into reverse? If that works, you have some other issue and will need to have the car looked at by a qualified mechanic.
If it is a manual shift model, get a mechanic to look at it.
According to Pennzoil... They reccommend 15W-40W Synthetic. Or 10W-40 regular motor oil. But honestly, I'd call an Audi Dealer and ask, or check the owners manual, if you have it.
Check the hand book under specifications and quantities. Check with the dealer service division or In cool climate 15w-30 or hot work 20w40 . You will find a catalogue in the auto spares shop with the recommended oil for your car.
May be the clutch master or slave cylinder. Has the fluid level gone down at all? Have a look around the clutch pedal area for signs of fluid leakage. Good luck, Bob.
