Program All Key Fobs
To complete this programming operation, all keyless entry transmitters associated with the vehicle must be available for programming. Once placed into program mode, all previously programmed transmitters will be erased from memory upon the receipt of the programming signal from the first transmitter.
Program Individual Key Fob
If there are less than four keyless entry transmitters programmed to the vehicle, an individual fob transmitter can be added. This method will not erase previously programmed transmitters from memory.
Visit a locksmith shop that does automotive.
first, they will check the BATTERY in remote
next, the output of the buttons will be chacked.
Finally, programming will be done, correctly.
If remote does not take, they will sell you a good one.

Key fobs tend to hold their code indefintely. The batteries in them are probably burnt. Open up one of the fobs and replace the battery (hearing aid type) then they should work fine. Good Luck!~

cycle the key on and off I can't remember if its 6 or 8 times. the locks should cycle up and down then press any button on the fob the locks should cycle again then turn off key

Try this .. it MIGHT work.
Clean carefully the battery contacts and check there is no large build up of dirt around and on the small printed circuit. Insert new battery and then try a manual reprogram by following these instructions which work for the older style seperate key fobs - never tried it with new switchblade type keys, which I am assuming this is?
Turn on/off ignition 8 x times allowing all functions to settle each time. on the 9th on press a buttom on each remote and then switch off ign. Use the good key to lock the car then try the new key to unlock. sometimes it works first time - sometimes it takes a couple of tries - hope it works for you.
