Figured it out myself well and some help from my friend Greg thanks G Money. Press or step on E Brake pedal all the way down. Once pedal gets to the bottom you'll hear it click and it will release back up.

There may be a parking brake adjuster, loosen it off, see if it helps? Next, get at the rear brake assembly, if there is a star adjuster loosen it off, hopefully, that will loosen the brake pads? At the rear brake assembly, maybe you can get at the parking brake cable?
I can't see anything from here.
Safety is your responsibility, if you get brakes released, you need to make sure brakes work properly before driving, again.

How can i release my emergency brake

Never heard of a parking brake automatically engaging. It does suffer with sticking brake cables. Are you sure the driver didn't step on the parking brake pedal? It is what I would have done and I have practiced it a number of times! You press the pedal a second time to release it. It is a known issue that the cable sticks, especially if the parking brake is never used.

Emergency brake petal doesn't fully return to position when I pull the release handle. I have to lift it into place with my foot to fully release the brake.

Hello: Get a spray can of WD-40 and spray the park brake mechanism under your dash and make sure the park brake cables operate freely.

I have a 1994 Eldrado. I have the emergency brake on! I can't start the car! How can I realise the brake?

Hello,

Normally the emergency brake will release itself when you put the car into drive or reverse. There is a vacuum system that releases it for you. Otherwise, there is something corroded somewhere along the park brake cable, in the rear brake caliper or perhaps the mechanism attached to the foot pedal. The brake cable is a plastic coated multi strand steel cable and shouldn't corrode. But that is theory and a corroded cable could be the problem.

Take care.

Emergency brake stuck, pedal release broken

What happens is the brake cables rust inside the cable sheath and then they won't slide easily. There's no good fix for this other than replacement. It's not easy to even find where they are stuck. It might be possible to find the end of the cables at the back wheels and pull the cables back---to release the tension

Emergency brake won't release, 05 jeep wrangler

Hello smiversoon, My emergency brake did that too. I had it in for a clamp issue on my exhaust, and the person working on it said that it need replaced, by my honey, he said to just disconnected, I did use it anyways. So if you don't use yours just disconnect or have a new cable installed. Why it won't release I have no answer. But a good Jeep mechanic can tell you. Or if you put on Google search 05 jeep wrangler emergency brake won't release, hit search, I am sure others have similar story and a answer is not far away. Good Luck. Happy Jeepin'
