P1000 is a readiness code. I can clear it in about an hour with a scanner. You need a full scan, PCM,BCM, Security, and IPC. You most likely have a security problem.
The P1000 is a readiness code stored in the ECM telling you the drive cycle has not been completed. There is no repair needed for this code and it cannot be cleared. It is also not the cause of any fault warnings to come on.
When that warning comes on the ABS control module has detected a fault and stores a fault code. This code can only be read with a Jag factory tool. On your vehicle the control module itself has high failures which require replacement as well as the speed sensor and sensor harness. Of course no parts should be replaced until the faults are red. As far as the cost it will vary but if it is a faulty control module the part is expensive. There are rebuilt modules available. If th e fault code is a C1095 it is usually the module.
Your standard brakes will still function normally but you will need to be careful if driving in poor weather conditions as the brakes can lock up and the vehicle can skid.

Looks like you have acommunication problem with the computer, it is going in to safe mode. Check all computer connections before you go to jaguar.
I have attached a picture of the error code.
hope this helps
SOURCE: Jaguar fault codes

hope this help
SOURCE: looking for the location of the oil filter on 2001 Jaguar v6 S-Ty
On the V6 its on the back of the block near the left front tire...
SOURCE: how do i fix code po420 & po430 on 2003 jaguar
Both these codes relate to Catalyst efficiency below threshold on banks 1+2. This is normally caused by a combustion fault. This fault may be shown due to a faulty sensor in either air imput or exhaust systems, Get the memory read at a dealers or good garage. If you had a serious problem the car would not drive well.
Hope this helps - good luck.
SOURCE: Have error codes C1175 &
C1175
ABS/TCCM
Anti-lock braking / traction control
LH rear wheel speed sensor circuit fault
ABS/TCCM to wheel speed sensor signal circuit (FH33-21): open circuit,
short circuit to ground, short circuit to B+ voltage, high resistance
LH rear wheel speed sensor failure
P1000 is for check not complete after last memory clear , dont worry about it , just stick with C1175 , and most probably it is the sensor wire
