Hi My Audi A3 09 sat Nav screen is only opening half and refuses to open further! Help! How do I fix this??

SOURCE: i put 3 music cd's in the sat nav!!

go back to dealership truck should still be under warrenty

SOURCE: how do I replace the sat nav disc

slide the passanger side seat forward and look underneath. there should be a access panel in the floor
and a button on the inner side to eject the nav disc.

ok I fixed it....took out the sat nav and cleaned the lens with a cotton bud..WORKS!!!
