If your saying the starter motor won't crank? Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Check starter wiring circuits. I'd have to make sure security system doesn't have a problem?
If there is a starter relay, on load side of relay, one terminal is hot all the time, If you use jumper wire between the proper two terminals, on load side of relay, the starter should crank. If you try that, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and functional parking brake is set. With automotive relays, they have two sides, coil/control side and the other side is switch/load side that carries voltage to starter. Even if we get starter motor to crank, if security system is involved, it still won't start.
If you have proper voltage and ground at the starter motor and no starter action, I'd have to check starter motor.

Note the wiring diagram, at the crank relay, terminal 30 hot all the time. When relay is energized, terminal 87 carries voltage to starter. Note, the starter motor has two voltage circuits, the other circuit comes from battery, is hot all the time. The starter should ground through engine block.

It could be 101 things. If you have a Code Scanner connect it and check for DTRs, (Diagnostic Trouble Codes). Or call a mobile auto electrician. Diagnostics takes about 15 minutes with a pro grade scan tool computer and he will only replace that needs replacing.

1999 Nissan Quest. Fuel pump for it?

The fuel pump may have failed, but test it rather than blindly replacing it. It could also be the Relay.

Or you can find a mobile auto electrician. The connect a professional grade scan tool computer and the diagnostics tell the story.

All of these issues are electronic, you need and auto -electrician that know his way around his $5,000 Pro Grade Scan Tool computer. A mechanic is not the person you need, oil changes, new brakes, new exhaust, engine tune, sure..

2005 Toyota Corolla relay fuse burnt when alternator replaced. Car has no power at all. What do I replace to start car?

You call out the person that put the new alternator in and tell them to fix it. What they did caused that to happen. The alternator and the starter relay are not on the same circuit.

Or, you need an auto electrician to diagnose and fix.

New starter fitted but still fails to start unless with push

A garage told you that it was the starter motor which was replaced.. and then suggested the ignition switch? That's not much of a garage..

Those symptoms are indicative of a solenoid/relay/switch fault. But how do you find out which? Though to be honest, ignition switch (key) failures are actually quite rare.

The truth is you can spend a lot of time and money replacing parts and finding that nothing cures the problem. You've already paid for a new starter which didn't cure the problem..

Seriously - give an auto electrician a call. Or a mobile mechanic. Let them identify the fault (and they usually do..). You'll get a lot of 'could be' advice which may cost you a lot in replacement parts and not fix things. Give an auto electrician or mobile mechanic a call.

Where are the fuses and sensors for the electric engine cooling fan

fan electronics start at the sensor in the cooling system, and sends a signal to the ECM which in turn closes a relay and turns on the fan/s
There are 2 fuses in the system. one for the power to the sensor and one for the power through the relay
I suggest an accredited auto electrician with experience on your vehicle to quickly find the problem point.
