Just a thought: If you have two electric fans one comes on when you turn the A/C on the other does not come on till the car reaches normal operating engine coolant water temperature.
Lincoln LS has a hydraulic pump driven fan, and there is a relay, under the hood in the fuse/relay box on the driver's side, just behind the battery. The lid of the box has the diagram of the fuses/relays. In this look at the part labeled C107 and c 105
I'm hoping your talking about the fuse box that's inside the vehicle as there is a power distribution box located in the engine compartment that has fuses in it also. In the pictures below is the numbering and locations for the fuses inside the fuse box inside the vehicle. I hope this is what you are looking for.
