What does the triangle with a exlamation mark means while driving the car and it come on. It only pops up while driving for 10-15 minutes. not when start the car.

Could mean anything from your windshield washer fluid is low to a bulb is out on the car..im pretty sure its just a warning light, u have to start up the power in the car (ACC) but not actually turning the engine..then use the button on the end of the blinker wand to access the "check control" this should tell you whats up

STOP engine light. There is something seriously wrong so do not operate/drive the vehicle before finding and repairing whatever is causing this light to come on!

I think this is a picture of your instrument cluster (see below) but if your talking about a light, which one are you talking about because I don't see an "exlamation" mark. Just reply/comment as to which number you are talking about and I think I will be notified that you replied and I will check and tell you what it means. Sorry I can't be of anymore help at this point.

I have a VW golf 1.9 Tdi 2003 and it runs fine for a couple of minutes then a light comes on the dash and it runs poorly ( exlamation with a triangle arrow around it )

need to be more specific with the exclamation light... color, description of what the light looks like with the exclamation.

Red usually means your brakes,
Orange should be coolant related
