Most parts stores will have a loan-a-tool pressure gauge. Your shop manual will have the pressure spec. Don't have a manual? You should buy one for lots of usful info.

I have a 05 F-350 6.0L turbo diesel No start. Replaced FICM. Checked high presure oil pump. Changed all sensors. Am lost. Next step is to put a oil presure Gage on high presure oil pump. System looked...

Check for fuel pressure at the primary fuel filter. there if you move the plug for the fan clutch you can see an auxillary plug on the filter housing facing forward and to the driver side. You should have 40+psi with key on. another way to check the pump is to listen for it to cycle on for 10 seconds or so after key on. Also check for lubricating oil pressure on the cluster gauge and then high pressure oil with a manual gauge. its needs to see around 600psi oil pressure to signal the injectors to fire. best way to check all of these is with a scanner that has data reading, which will also tell you if you have a bad ficm, ecm or sensor connection.

How do you check the fuel presure on a 1991 buick park ave?

You will need a fuel pressure gage that you can purchase any Auto parts store. The schradder valve is on the fuel rail. You may have to remove the plastic cover which should consist of a 10 mm wrench to access the valve. 37psi would be a good number to have...good luck.
