wow i feel sorry for you because Cadillac designed this bulb to be a don't get to bulb but OK here's what you do take the bottom cover off or skid plastic panel under neath the front end theirs little plastic clips holding it on just get come dikes and don't cut them but just use it to help pull them out. after you get that off use a flash light and locate your light housing you should see two screws holding the house in i think those screws are 8mm i cant remember remove those two screws and be careful the metal from the bumper cuts you pull the light housing out and remove all the screws around the housing and open the housing up replace the bulb and make sure your contact to the bulbs clean and then reassemble the way you took apart. if you cant get it well then best bet is take it somewhere i know Cadillac charges an arm and a leg so you can go somewhere else.

In your manual on page 5-53 it states how to change the bulb out
for the turning signals - we had the drivers side out. Gave it to our mechanic and had it completed in about 2 hours.

Actually no you don't. Crank your steering wheel all the way to the right so yo have the maxumum clearance for your hands and arms in the front of the wheel well. Remove the plastic clips that hold the wheel well splash guard and pull it back enough to allow access to the interior of your bumper.
Replace bulbs as needed.
Yes, a jack is nice and makes it a touch easier to access, but I did this in an AutoZone parking lot during a cross country road trip.
5 mins tops to complete.

Remove 3 or 4 of the plastic pins holding the inner fender. They are located around the lip of the fender opening. The pins are removed by pulling the center cap of the pin straight out about an 1/8" and then wiggle and pull the whole pin out.
Pull the inner fender down and back.
Reach your arm in and grab the socket and squeeze the locking tab.
Rotate the socket counter-clockwise less than a quarter turn, and pull straight back.
Reach your other hand in and remove the bulb by pulling it straight out of the socket. It takes a 3157 bulb

Testimonial: "Thank you so much for your help. Really I had ask the question about 3 months ago, but since I didn't had it fixed yet, it's OK now. Franco"
I called the dealer,They wanted $85 an hour,an two hours to do it!!!!I took the front splash guard off under the front ,Just put on with plastic plugs,Then took the inner fender well off also with plastic plugs.Turned the wheel in,I didn't have to remove it.. and used a screw driver to take a cover off to get at the bulb..It took some time and it was not easy to get at.But it was warm outside when i did it,and saved afew bucks too!!Be patient and its really not that hard.I've done it twice......
