Anyone can change engine with a non standard item but making it run is an entirely different problem.

Seek professional help with this. Don't even try to rig this up yourself.

Can I use a 1985 Ford 351 in my 1995 Bronco?

you would need adapter mounts to mount the engine in the engine bay as well as exhaust manifolds or headers made for this swap, they all can be found at summit or jegs .com .not sure if transmission will bolt up or not ( dont know what trans you have ), if not i am sure someone makes adapter plates for that as well good luck!

1989 BRONCO XLT WITH A 5.8 351 CLEAVLAND

The Bronco did come with the 5.8L. It's a 351 Windsor though. Ford quit making the Cleveland engine back in '74. You should have a vacuum diagram under the hood of your truck.
