Ford is notorious for having bad grounds which would cause your symptoms. Check the dash harness ground which should be on the main harness as it comes up from the steering column. It is better to check the ground circuit which can be done with a test light, just instead of grounding test light as usual use the grounding clip on a positive wire and touch tip of test light to ground, light on you have a good ground, no or dim light check ground attachment bolts or wire.

Testimonial: "Thanks so much I'm going to check that now."

Puting a radio in wont work now no dash lights all fusis look ok help please

Sometimes a fuse may look OK, but actually isn't. You could use a multimeter to test them or try a known good fuse in the radio / dash light socket to confirm. If they were working before you changed the radio, I would think that if its not the fuse, you may have disturbed a connection and now its not connected properly. You may have to have a close look behind and around the dash to check the connections.

99 honda accord no dash or tail lights

look for a "small light" fuse in the fuse box under your hood.
You probably shorted something while installing the radio. If it continues to blow the fuse, you need to pull the radio out and check your wiring.

No tail lights or inside lights or radio????

Often times the tail lights and dash lights are powered by the same fuse. The reason for this was so you would know that your tail lights weren't working if you didn't have any dash lights. I would look for a fuse that says "Tail" or "Courtesy". Your owners manual should have an illustration of the fuse panel and what circuits they power. Good luck, hope this helps!

Radio wont hol memory, dome light wont work when key switch off, and All lock wont unlock doors unless key in on.

Probably a fuse. You radio keeps it's memory using a constant power wire which is probably interlinked with the dome light, door locks, etc. Check fuses under the dash as well as under the hood for any blown fuses. Look for fuses labeled with your listed problems of things that don't work.
