1992 hyundai elantra no power to camshaft angle sensor car won't start.

I think power for this comes from ECU, so might try disconnecting battery, then ECU plug and spray with contact cleaner and reconnect. If no help, you must trace the wiring to look for break, but first insure the ECU is getting power. In fact, first check all fuses. Is everything else getting power?

O2 sensor replacement procedure on the avante 99 ( elantra ),. does it need to reset the ECU after replace it??

Yes you do. The ecu will still have that code stored and will think it still has to run like it was before you put the new one in. You could try disconnecting your battery for a half hour sometimes this will remove the codes.Better off just removing them with a scanner though.

2002 elantra runs then stalls and starts right back up than stalls again

Go to www.hmaservice.com and register( Vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you have access to shop manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, etc. about your vehicle.Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.Whenever the 'CHECK ENGINE' (Service Engine Soon) light comes on, the ECU (Engine Control Unit) sets a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). These codes identify the particular engine management system which caused the light to come on.
You'll need to use/find an OBDII (On-Board Diagnostic) Scanner to retrieve any code which have been stored in the ECU computer. Afterward, we might be able to help you DIAGNOSE the problem and perhaps eventually fix the problem.

Blown ecu fuse

ECU= Electronic Control unit. This is what controls all the engine electronics. All the sensors on the engine and other things are routed through the part. What it does is tells the engine how to run. Each sensor plays a specific role. The ECU reads how much are the engine is getting, tells the engine how much gas it needs, etc. Try digging around a salvage and finding a new ECU. Swap it out, and if it is still blowing the ECU fuse then you need to start looking for shorts.
