Where is fuse located for the right rear tail light on a 2004 Ford Explorer

Electrical issues are buggers. The odd thing is usually the right and left rear tail lights are run from the same fuse. The only other place I know where there may be fuses is by the driver's left leg under the dash.

Fuse for tail lights 2011 honda odyssey

The tail lights in your 2011 Honda Odessey are computer-controlled. The fuse that protects the tail lamp circuits is FUSE Number 22, located in the underhood fuse and relay box located in the right rear of the engine compartment. It is a 10 Amp fuse. There is also a tail light relay located in the same box.

Please NOTE: If the fuse is blown, the cause of the fuse blowing MUST be located and repaired. Simply replacing the fuse will only result in another blown fuse.

Also, relay failures are pretty rare. If you can find another relay in the relay box with the same part number on it, you can swap them to see if this helps.
If this does not get your tail lights working, you will have to scan your computer network for possible fault codes in order to locate the cause of the problem (which is really a good idea to BEGIN with).

1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX tail light/dash light/gauge light fuse keeps blowing. I've replaced the fuse a few times only with the 15 type fuse as stated on the fuse-box. It blows every time i hit a...

Hi,
Looks like the park light harness got a short circuit.
Check the wire harness leading to the tail light. One of the power wire( usually red wire ) is stripped off the rubber insulation and touches the metal body ground. Check also the tail light connection and bulbs base contact points..
When you found the wire insulate it by using any plastic electrical tape.

DOES THE DIMMER SWITCH FOR DASH LIGHTS NOT WORKING HAVE ANY THING TO DO WITH TAIL LIGHTS AND PARKING LIGHTS NOT WORKING

Automobile companies make the dash lights stop working to let you know that the tail lights are out. Usually it is just an indication that you have blown a tail light fuse. First make sure that you do not just have the dimmer turned down on the dash lights. But if the dash and tail lights are out, first check the fuse block to see if the fuse for the tail lights has blown. If you change the fuse and it blows right away you will have to start searching for electrical shorts.
Another tell is when you notice that the turn signals are flashing faster than normal. This means that one or more of your turn signal bulbs has burned out.

Tail light fuse blows immediatly it used to take a few minutes to blow all blubs are good what is the problem

There is a short circuit to ground. I am constantly preaching that it does absolutely no good to replace a blown fuse until the cause of the blown fuse is found. Fuses do not blow for no reason. If you have a blown fuse it means that you have a circuit overload that could potentially burn you truck to the ground. Simply replacing the fuse will only cause another fuse to give up its life to save your truck from roasting. On pickup trucks with trailer hitches, the first place I look for a problem with tail lights is in the trailer wiring harness. They are usually not installed properly. I have seen several of the plug-in type trailer harnesses (the kind that simply plugs in at the connector between the body harness and the bed harness) short internally. You can usually fix the tail lights by simply disconnecting the trailer harness and plugging the body harness back into the bed harness.

If this does not fix the problem, the tail light circuits will have to be traced from the fuse all the way back to the lights to find out where the short is.

Check your tail light fuse, on the dodge ram the dash lights and tail lights use the same fuse so if the tail light fuse blows your dash lights will go out to alert you of no tail lights.

DASH LIGHTS WON'T COME UNTIL---! 1988 PLY VOYGER 3.0

either the harness on the cluster is loose somehow... or a bulb ( hooked up in series?) is blown.
Dash lights and tail lights are usually on the same fuse... so check and see if you have tail lights when next this happens.
